PRAYER FOR OPEN DOORS AFTER MANY REJECTIONS 

✠ In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.

Heavenly Father, I come before You with a heart that has endured many disappointments and rejections, yet still longs for Your divine intervention. You have seen every closed door, every unanswered effort, and every moment of discouragement that has weighed upon me. Yet Your Word assures me that “I know your works. Behold, I have set before you an open door, which no one is able to shut” (Revelation 3:8). Lord, I hold onto this promise today, trusting that You are the One who opens doors that no man can close and makes a way where there seems to be none.

Lord Jesus, You understand the pain of rejection, yet You remained faithful to the will of the Father. In my own struggles, I bring before You every rejection I have faced—every opportunity that slipped away and every door that remained closed. Strengthen my heart so that I do not lose hope. Remind me that “The stone that the builders rejected has become the cornerstone” (Psalm 118:22). Turn every rejection in my life into a foundation for something greater according to Your divine plan.

Merciful Father, Your Word declares that “All things work together for good for those who love God” (Romans 8:28). Even when I do not understand why doors have been closed, help me to trust that You are redirecting my path toward something better. Remove every obstacle that is not aligned with Your will and lead me into opportunities that reflect Your purpose for my life. Let Your favor go before me and prepare the way for doors that will bring growth, stability, and blessing.

Gracious Lord, when discouragement tries to take hold of my heart, remind me of Your promise that “Those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength” (Isaiah 40:31). Renew my strength today. Lift me above fear, doubt, and frustration. Give me the courage to keep trying, the patience to keep waiting, and the faith to believe that my breakthrough is near. Let every delay strengthen my trust in You rather than weaken it.

Loving Father, I place my future into Your hands, trusting that You are guiding my steps. Your Word assures me that “The steps of a man are established by the Lord, when he delights in His way” (Psalm 37:23). Order my steps and lead me to the right opportunities. Surround me with favor and open doors that will bring fulfillment and purpose into my life. Let Your hand be evident in every breakthrough that comes.

Therefore I choose to trust You completely, believing that my season of open doors is coming according to Your perfect timing. Your Word assures me that “The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still” (Exodus 14:14). I rest in Your promises, knowing that You are working on my behalf. Fill my heart with peace and confidence as I wait for the doors You will open.
