DAY 54: LORD JESUS, ACCEPT ALL THE KNOTS WE HAVE PLACED IN THE HANDS OF MARY DURING THIS NOVENA AND BLESS US
Today, as I come to the final day of this 54-day novena, I place before Jesus every knot I have brought through these days. I bring the burdens I could not carry, the wounds I could not heal, the problems I could not solve, the relationships I could not repair, the fears I could not overcome, and the situations I could not control. Through the hands of Mary, I ask Jesus to receive everything I have surrendered during this journey and to bless me according to His holy will.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lord Jesus, I come before You at the end of this 54-day journey with a heart full of gratitude and surrender. Through Mary, Undoer of Knots, I have brought before You the knots that have troubled my life and the burdens I have carried for so long. Some I have been able to name, while others were hidden so deeply within me that I could only place them silently before You. Today I ask You to receive them all.
Jesus, accept every knot I have placed in Mary's hands during this novena. Accept the tears, the prayers, the intentions, the fears, the wounds, the hopes, and the situations I have entrusted to Your mercy. I do not ask You to answer everything according to my timing or my understanding. I ask You to take everything into Your hands, bless me, strengthen me, heal what needs healing, change what needs changing, and give me grace to trust You with whatever remains.
“Commit your way to the LORD; trust in him, and he will act.” — Psalm 37:5
For fifty-four days, I have brought different knots before Mary. Some were knots of rejection, sickness, debt, family burdens, addiction, disappointment, unforgiveness, fear, delayed prayers, closed doors, painful relationships, and situations that seemed impossible to change. Some knots were created by my own decisions, some by the actions of others, and some came through circumstances I never chose. Yet through every day, I have been learning that I do not have to carry everything alone.
Today I bring all those knots together. I bring the knot I prayed about with tears. I bring the burden I was almost too ashamed to mention. I bring the problem I have carried for years. I bring the situation that still has no answer. I bring the person I have struggled to forgive. I bring the sickness for which I have prayed repeatedly. I bring my family, my children, my future, my finances, my relationships, my failures, my fears, and every hidden struggle that only God knows. Nothing is too small for His attention, and nothing is too heavy for His hands.
But this final day is not simply about asking Jesus to remove every difficulty immediately. It is about placing everything into His hands and allowing Him to become Lord over every area of my life. Some knots may be untied through circumstances changing. Others may begin to loosen through healing within my heart, wisdom, forgiveness, patience, repentance, practical action, or the grace to accept what I cannot change. Whatever His answer may be, I ask for the grace not to abandon Him when the answer looks different from what I expected.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, you have brought me to Jesus throughout this journey. Now I place everything back into His hands. May the prayers of these fifty-four days become more than words I have spoken. May they become a new way of living—trusting God more deeply, surrendering more completely, forgiving more freely, and walking forward with greater faith. Lord Jesus, receive every knot, every intention, and every tear. Let Your will be accomplished in me.
Mary, my Mother, I thank you for accompanying me through this entire novena. I have brought you the knots that have troubled my heart, the situations that have exhausted me, and the burdens that I could not resolve by myself. You have listened to my prayers and carried my intentions to your Son. Today I place everything once more into your maternal hands and ask you to present it all to Jesus.
Mother, do not allow me to leave this novena carrying the same burdens in the same way. Teach me to surrender what I cannot control and to faithfully do what God asks of me. Where I need healing, lead me to healing. Where I need forgiveness, lead me to forgiveness. Where I need courage, strengthen me. Where I need wisdom, guide me. Where I need to let go, give me the grace to release what I have held for too long.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, intercede for my family, my loved ones, my children, my relationships, my work, my finances, my health, my future, and every area of my life that I have entrusted to God. May the knots I have placed in your hands no longer become reasons for despair but invitations to deeper trust. Keep leading me toward Jesus, especially when His answer does not come in the way I expected.
Most Holy Mother, I entrust the fruits of this entire novena to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. May He accept every prayer I have offered, every intention I have carried, and every surrender I have made. May He bless me with whatever is truly good for my salvation and according to His holy will. And when I am tempted to pick up again what I surrendered, remind me that I have placed it into the hands of Jesus. Amen.
Today, on the final day of this 54-day journey, I bring before Mary, Undoer of Knots, all the knots I have placed in her hands throughout this novena. I bring every prayer, every intention, every burden, every wound, every fear, every difficult situation, and every person I have entrusted to her intercession.
Quietly place before Mary all the intentions you have carried throughout these fifty-four days. You may remember each knot one by one, or simply say: “Mary, you know every knot I have placed in your hands. Please carry them all to Jesus.”
Mary, Undoer of Knots, take every knot I have surrendered throughout this novena and place them all before Jesus.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, I come to you for the final time in this 54-day journey. I place every knot into your hands once again and ask you to bring them all to Jesus. Do not let any burden remain outside the mercy of your Son.
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to you.
1. Mary, Undoer of Knots, present all my surrendered intentions to Jesus.
(One Hail Mary.)
2. Mary, Undoer of Knots, help me trust Jesus with every knot that remains unresolved.
(One Hail Mary.)
3. Mary, Undoer of Knots, lead me from this novena into a deeper life of surrender and faith.
(One Hail Mary.)
Lord Jesus, I place before You every knot I have carried throughout this novena. I bring the burdens I was able to name and the wounds I could only express through tears. You know every detail of my life, even those I could never explain in words. Receive everything I have placed before You.
Jesus, I surrender every burden that has occupied my heart. Do not allow me to continue carrying alone what I have already placed before You.

I bring sickness, conflict, financial hardship, broken relationships, painful histories, and every burden affecting my family.
Lord, visit my family with Your mercy. Heal what needs healing, reconcile what can be reconciled, protect those I love, and give each person the grace they need to walk according to Your will.

Lord Jesus, I surrender my past to You. I bring the sins I have repented of, the mistakes I regret, the relationships that wounded me, the opportunities I lost, the words that still hurt, and the memories that continue to trouble me. I cannot change yesterday, but I can place yesterday into Your mercy.
Lord, help me learn from my past without remaining imprisoned by it. Where I have sinned, deepen my repentance. Where I have been wounded, bring healing. Where I need to make amends, give me courage. Where I must let go, give me peace.
Our Father...

Lord Jesus, I surrender the problems I have tried to solve for years. I surrender the situations where every solution seems exhausted and the circumstances I cannot control. I surrender my need to understand everything and my fear that nothing will ever change.
Jesus, give me wisdom to know what I must do and humility to leave the rest in Your hands. Help me trust You even when I cannot see the way forward.
Our Father...

Mary, Undoer of Knots, teach me to trust Jesus with what I cannot solve.

Lord Jesus, I surrender the burdens I have been afraid to release because I thought that letting go meant giving up. I surrender my need to control people, situations, outcomes, and timing. I place everything into Your hands and ask You to teach me the freedom of trusting You.
Lord, when fear makes me take back what I have surrendered, remind me that Your hands are stronger than mine. Help me trust Your providence without becoming passive or careless.
Our Father...
On each of the 10 small beads:
Mary, Undoer of Knots, help me surrender completely to Jesus.
(10 times.)
One Hail Mary and One Glory Be.
Lord Jesus, this final knot contains everything. I place my entire life before You. I place every intention of this novena, every unanswered prayer, every burden, every person, every hope, every fear, and every situation that I have entrusted to Mary. I no longer want to carry these things as though I am alone. I give them to You.
Jesus, accept everything I have surrendered through Mary during this novena. Bless me according to Your holy will. If You untie a knot through a change in my circumstances, I will thank You. If You untie it by changing my heart, I will thank You. If You ask me to wait, I will ask for grace to wait. Let Your will be done in my life.
Our Father...
On each of the 10 small beads:
Mary, Undoer of Knots, place every surrendered knot into the Heart of Jesus.
(10 times.)
One Hail Mary and One Glory Be.
Lord Jesus, I have reached the end of this 54-day novena, but I do not want my surrender to end here. I place before You everything I have prayed about through Mary, Undoer of Knots. Accept every intention, every tear, every hope, every sacrifice, and every prayer. Receive what I have been unable to carry and hold what I have been unable to release.
Mary, my Mother, thank you for accompanying me throughout this journey. Continue to lead me to Jesus after this novena is finished. When I face another knot tomorrow, remind me to turn first to God rather than fear. May the grace of these fifty-four days continue bearing fruit in my life through deeper faith, forgiveness, patience, courage, surrender, and trust. Amen.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, take every knot I have surrendered and place it before Jesus.
Mary, Mother of Divine Grace, continue to intercede for me and my family.
Mary, Our Lady of Hope, help me wait upon God with a faithful heart.
In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Mary, my Mother, I come before you at the end of this 54-day journey with gratitude in my heart. I have brought you so many knots—knots of pain, fear, sickness, rejection, family struggles, financial burdens, broken relationships, addiction, disappointment, unforgiveness, delayed prayers, and problems I could not solve. You have received them all, and today I ask you to take every one of them to Jesus. Do not allow me to believe that any prayer was wasted or any tear was unseen.
Mother, I surrender every knot again. I surrender the ones that have already begun to loosen and the ones that still appear tightly bound. I surrender the prayers that have received an answer and those for which I am still waiting. I surrender the people I love, the situations I cannot change, the burdens I cannot carry, and the future I cannot see. Teach me not merely to ask Jesus to untie my knots, but to trust Him with my entire life.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, keep me close to your Son. May I never make you the destination of my prayers, but always allow you to lead me to Jesus. When I am afraid, lead me to Him. When I am wounded, lead me to Him. When I receive an answer, lead me to Him. When the answer is delayed, lead me to Him. May everything I have surrendered through this novena become an offering of trust before the Heart of Christ. Amen.
Lord Jesus, through Mary, Your Mother, I place before You every knot I have surrendered during these fifty-four days. Accept the knots I have spoken about and those I could never find words to describe. Accept the prayers I prayed with faith and the prayers I prayed through tears. Accept the intentions I remembered and those I may have forgotten. You know them all.
Today I surrender not only my problems but myself. I surrender my past, my present, my future, my family, my health, my work, my finances, my relationships, my dreams, my fears, and my unanswered questions. I place everything in Your hands. Jesus, I trust that You know what is best for me. Let Your grace work in me, let Your will guide me, and let Your peace remain with me while I wait.
Heavenly Father, thank You for carrying me through this 54-day journey. Thank You for every grace received, every lesson learned, every moment of prayer, and every opportunity to surrender more deeply. I entrust the fruits of this novena to You and ask You to continue the work You have begun in me.
Lord Jesus, accept every knot I have placed in the hands of Mary and bless me according to Your holy will. Bless my family, protect those I love, strengthen the weak, comfort those who are suffering, provide for those in need, heal where healing is needed, restore what can be restored, and give me grace to accept what I cannot change. May I leave this novena not only asking for blessings, but becoming more surrendered, more faithful, more forgiving, and more trusting in You. Amen.
Mary, Undoer of Knots, continue to intercede for me and carry my prayers to Jesus.
Our Lady of Perpetual Help, remain beside me in every new season of my life.
Mother of Divine Providence, obtain for me the grace to trust God's plan.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, I surrender everything to You and I trust in Your love.
