DAY 18: THE KNOT OF EVERY UNGODLY DEDICATION STANDING AGAINST GOD'S PURPOSE

SPECIAL INTENTION

For the grace to surrender to Mary, Undoer of Knots, every ungodly dedication, vow, spiritual allegiance, or attachment that is contrary to God's will for my life. May Jesus Christ, my Lord and Redeemer, free me from every attachment that does not belong to Him, cleanse me from every personal participation in what is contrary to His will, remove every fear connected to my past, and establish my life firmly in His purpose, His truth, His grace, and His love.

OPENING PRAYER

Blessed Virgin Mary, Mother of Mercy and my loving Mother, today I come before you carrying every concern about ungodly dedications, vows, spiritual allegiances, or attachments that may have affected my life. I bring before Jesus every burden connected to my past, every spiritual fear I cannot explain, every personal participation in anything contrary to God's will, and every situation that has caused me to wonder whether something is standing against the purpose God has for me. Mother, I place everything beneath the authority of Jesus Christ and ask Him to establish His lordship over my entire life. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). May I trust that I belong to Him and that He is able to lead me according to His perfect purpose.

Mary, Undoer of Knots, help me turn away from every attachment that does not lead me toward God. Where I have personally participated in anything contrary to my faith, obtain for me sincere repentance and the courage to leave it behind. Where I am carrying fear about something I cannot understand, lead me to Jesus and teach me to trust His mercy rather than my fears. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord will guide me continually, and satisfy my needs in parched places, and make my bones strong" (Isaiah 58:11). May Jesus guide every decision I make, strengthen every weak place within me, and lead me away from everything that is contrary to His holy will. Amen.

REFLECTION

There may be things in my past that I do not fully understand. I may know of certain dedications, vows, practices, or spiritual choices that were made before I understood their meaning, or I may simply carry fears about things I cannot verify. Today, I do not allow fear to become the foundation of my prayer. I bring everything into the presence of Jesus Christ, because He is Lord of my life. If I have personally participated in anything contrary to God, I can repent and turn back to Him. If something happened without my knowledge or consent, I can entrust it completely to the mercy and sovereignty of God.

The Lord calls me to belong to Him with an undivided heart. Scripture says: "You shall fear the Lord your God; Him you shall serve, and by His name alone you shall swear" (Deuteronomy 10:20). Therefore, my prayer today is not simply about removing something from my past; it is about giving myself completely to God in the present. I renounce every personal choice that has separated me from Him, reject every allegiance contrary to my faith, and renew my desire to serve Jesus Christ. My future does not have to be controlled by what happened before I knew Him. I can choose Christ today.

Through Mary, Undoer of Knots, I bring before Jesus every spiritual concern that stands against His purpose for my life. I ask Him to untie every knot of fear, confusion, divided loyalty, sin, and attachment that keeps me from wholehearted devotion to Him. May Jesus cleanse my heart, strengthen my faith, restore my peace, and direct my steps according to His will. May I never give fear greater authority than Christ. May my life, my family, my work, my relationships, my plans, and my future belong completely to Jesus.

NOVENA PRAYER TO OUR LADY, UNDOER OF KNOTS

Mary, Undoer of Knots, loving Mother, I place before you every ungodly dedication, vow, spiritual allegiance, and attachment that is contrary to God's will for my life. I bring every burden connected to my past, every fear I cannot explain, and every personal choice through which I may have turned away from God. Take these knots before Jesus and ask Him to cleanse my heart, establish His lordship over my life, and free me from everything that separates me from Him. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord is my portion; I promise to keep Your words" (Psalm 119:57). May Jesus alone become the foundation of my hope, my identity, my protection, and my future.

Mary, Undoer of Knots, untie every knot of fear, confusion, divided loyalty, spiritual attachment, and personal participation in anything contrary to God. Where I have sinned, lead me to repentance; where I have been deceived, lead me to truth; where I have been afraid, lead me to faith; and where I have sought security outside God, teach me to trust Jesus completely. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord is faithful; He will strengthen you and guard you from the evil one" (2 Thessalonians 3:3). May Jesus strengthen me against every temptation and keep my heart faithful to Him.

Mother Mary, I now place before you the particular intention I carry today. (Mention your intention silently.) I place before Jesus every dedication, vow, spiritual attachment, family concern, personal sin, fear, or situation that troubles my heart. If there is anything I personally need to renounce, repent of, abandon, or surrender, give me courage to do so. If there is something I cannot understand or control, give me grace to place it completely into the hands of Jesus. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble; You will surround me with glad cries of deliverance" (Psalm 32:7). May Jesus bring His truth, mercy, protection, and freedom into this intention.

Mary, Undoer of Knots, help me live completely according to God's purpose. May Jesus govern my decisions, my relationships, my family, my work, my plans, my desires, and my future. May I never seek spiritual power, direction, protection, or identity from anything that is contrary to Him. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The steps of a person are ordered by the Lord, and He delights in their way" (Psalm 37:23). May Jesus order my steps and lead me away from every path that does not belong to Him. May my life become a faithful offering to God, surrendered completely to His holy will. Amen.

CHAPLET TO OUR LADY, UNDOER OF KNOTS

This Chaplet is prayed today for every ungodly dedication, vow, spiritual allegiance, and attachment that is contrary to my relationship with God. I place before Jesus every concern connected to my past, every personal participation in anything contrary to His will, and every fear that has troubled my heart. I ask Jesus to bring everything into His light, grant me sincere repentance where I have sinned, remove fear where I am afraid, and renew my life in the freedom of wholehearted belonging to Him.

I now pray this Chaplet especially for the spiritual burden or concern that weighs most heavily upon my heart today, trusting not in fear, but in the lordship, mercy, and saving power of Jesus Christ.

Ask Jesus to cleanse my heart, strengthen my faith, and establish His lordship over my entire life. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in Him, and I am helped" (Psalm 28:7). May I never allow fear to become greater than my confidence in Christ.

Mother Mary, continue to lead me toward Jesus. May my life belong completely to Him, my future remain in His hands, and my heart remain faithful to His truth. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "You were bought with a price; therefore glorify God in your body" (1 Corinthians 6:20). May I remember that I belong to Jesus and that my life is safely placed in His hands.

Mary, Undoer of Knots, untie every knot of fear, confusion, divided loyalty, spiritual attachment, and personal participation in anything that separates me from God. Where I have sinned, obtain for me repentance; where I have been afraid, obtain for me peace; where I have been confused, obtain for me wisdom; and where I have sought security outside God, lead me back to Jesus. May I walk confidently in Christ, trusting His mercy rather than fearing what I cannot understand. PRAYER OF SURRENDER THROUGH MARY'S INTERCESSION

Mary, my Mother, I surrender to Jesus every concern I have about anything that may have been dedicated, promised, invoked, or associated with my life contrary to God's will. I surrender every fear concerning my past and every question I cannot answer. Strengthen my heart with God's promise that: "The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want" (Psalm 23:1). May I trust the Shepherd of my soul and refuse to allow fear to govern my life.

Mother Mary, help me renew my complete belonging to Jesus. May He be the Lord of my mind, my body, my relationships, my family, my work, my future, and my entire life. Give me grace to renounce every personal participation in what is contrary to Him and courage to remain faithful to the truth. I place myself entirely into the hands of Jesus and ask Him to lead me according to God's perfect purpose. Amen.

CLOSING PRAYER

Holy Mother, beloved Undoer of Knots, I thank you for receiving every spiritual burden I have placed before you today. I surrender every fear, every attachment, every personal sin, and every concern about my past. May Jesus cleanse my heart, strengthen my faith, and establish His lordship over my entire life. May I never allow fear to make me forget that I belong to Christ and that my future is safely held in His hands.

Mother, remain beside me as I continue this journey. May Jesus guide my decisions, protect my faith, purify my desires, and direct my steps according to His purpose. May I walk in truth, remain faithful to God, and reject everything that draws my heart away from Him. Through your maternal intercession, may every knot contrary to God's will be untied, and may my life become a faithful offering to Jesus Christ. Amen.
