In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
O God of healing, tenderness, and restoring grace, we come before You today carrying wounds that are often hidden deep within our hearts memories that still bring pain, experiences that left marks upon our souls, and emotions that have not yet found complete healing. You see what others cannot see, and You understand the silent struggles that we carry within, even when we try to move forward and appear strong before others. These inner wounds, though unseen, can shape our thoughts, our relationships, and our sense of peace in ways that we do not always fully understand.
Lord, through the Sorrowful Heart of Mary, enter into the depths of our wounded hearts and begin the work of healing that only You can accomplish. Gently touch the places within us where pain still lingers, where forgiveness feels difficult, and where memories continue to bring sorrow or confusion. Heal not only the surface of our wounds but also their roots, so that we may be restored in truth, freedom, and peace. Help us to trust that healing is possible, even when the journey feels slow, and lead us step by step into the wholeness that comes from Your love.
O Sorrowful Mother, today we reflect on the deep and often hidden wounds that people carry within their hearts wounds formed by past experiences, painful memories, broken relationships, rejection, or words that have left lasting marks upon the soul. Your own heart was pierced by sorrow as you walked with your Son through His suffering, witnessing moments that no mother could endure without deep pain. Yet even in your suffering, your heart remained open, loving, and united with God’s will.
Mother, many people today live with memories that are difficult to revisit, moments in their lives that continue to affect how they see themselves and others. Some carry wounds from childhood, others from relationships that caused deep hurt, and still others from experiences of rejection, loss, or betrayal. These wounds can quietly influence thoughts, emotions, and decisions, sometimes leading to fear, insecurity, or difficulty in trusting others.
Teach us how to bring these wounds into the light of God’s healing presence. Help us to understand that healing does not come from ignoring pain, but from entrusting it to God with honesty and faith. Through your example, show us that even the deepest sorrow can be transformed by grace when it is placed in God’s hands.
Loving Mother, we bring before you the memories that still cause pain, the experiences we struggle to understand, and the emotions that feel unresolved within us. You know the depth of each wound and the effort it takes to carry it day after day.
Help us to release the fear of facing our wounds and to trust that God’s love is greater than any pain we have experienced. Guide us gently toward forgiveness—both of others and of ourselves so that healing may begin to take root in our hearts.
O Mother of Sorrows, draw close to every wounded heart and intercede for its healing. May your maternal care bring comfort to those who suffer and lead them toward the peace that comes from being restored by God’s love.
O Blessed Mother of Sorrows, whose heart was pierced by suffering and yet remained open to love, look with compassion upon all who carry deep inner wounds and unhealed memories. You understand the silent pain that lives within the human heart and the longing for healing that often remains unspoken.
Mother, obtain for us the grace to allow God to enter into our wounds and to begin the process of healing. When we feel afraid to face our pain or when memories continue to bring sorrow, remind us that God’s love is gentle, patient, and capable of restoring what has been broken. Teach us to trust in His healing power.
We place before you today every wound that still needs healing memories that bring pain, relationships that have left scars, and experiences that have shaped our lives in difficult ways. We also pray for those who feel trapped in their past and for those who struggle to move forward.

O Mother who remained faithful in suffering, help us to remain open to healing and to trust that God is working within us. Intercede for us so that our wounds may be transformed into places of grace.
Holy Mother of Sorrows, guide us through this Lenten journey and lead us toward the healing, freedom, and peace that come from God’s restoring love. Amen.
Most Sorrowful Mother, your heart was pierced by sorrow, yet it remained a source of compassion, love, and healing for all who turn to you. Through your suffering, you became close to every wounded heart and a refuge for those who seek comfort and restoration.
O Queen of Martyrs, obtain for me the grace to open my heart to God’s healing love. Help me to release the pain of the past and to trust that God can restore what has been broken within me. May your maternal care guide me toward healing, peace, and renewed strength.
Hail Mary… (7 times)
O Mother most holy and sorrowful, Queen of Martyrs, you who understand the depth of human suffering and the pain carried within wounded hearts, look kindly upon me as I kneel before you today. By the sorrow that pierced your heart and by the compassion that flows from your maternal love, receive my prayer offered with humility, trust, and hope.
Loving Mother, because your Son refuses you nothing, present my petition before His Sacred Heart with tenderness and confidence. Ask Him to hear my prayer and grant it according to His most holy and perfect will. Through the merits of His Sacred Passion and your loving intercession, I humbly pray:

Mother most merciful, when my heart feels heavy with past wounds and when memories continue to bring pain, I turn to you with confidence and trust. Offer to Jesus one drop of His Precious Blood and one loving plea from your Sorrowful Heart on my behalf. Remind Him that you are truly our sweetness, our life, and our hope. Confident in your maternal intercession, I trust that my prayer will be heard and answered according to God’s loving and perfect will. Amen.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of Virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
O Lord Jesus Christ, through the loving intercession of Your Sorrowful Mother, receive the prayers we have offered today. Heal the wounds within our hearts and restore the peace that has been disturbed by past pain. Help us to walk forward with renewed strength, trusting in Your healing grace.
Bless those who carry hidden wounds and those who long for healing. As we continue walking with Mary to the Foot of the Cross, grant us the grace to experience restoration, freedom, and peace. We entrust our hearts completely into Your loving care, now and forever. Amen.
Our Father…
Hail Mary…
