In the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen.
O God of peace, strength, and gentle mercy, we come before You today with hearts and minds that feel tired, overwhelmed, and burdened by the weight of life’s responsibilities and inner struggles. You created us not only with bodies that require rest but also with minds and emotions that need renewal, peace, and healing. Yet there are seasons in life when exhaustion reaches deeply within us, affecting not only our physical strength but also our emotional stability and spiritual focus. In these moments, we may feel drained, unable to think clearly, and struggling to carry even the simplest responsibilities.
Lord, through the Sorrowful Heart of Mary, bring Your calming presence into every restless and weary heart. When our thoughts are scattered and our emotions feel heavy, grant us the grace to slow down and to find rest in Your presence. Remove the burden of anxiety, overthinking, and emotional strain, and replace it with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Teach us to trust that we do not have to carry everything alone, and remind us that Your strength is made perfect in our weakness. Renew our minds, restore our emotional balance, and lead us into the deep rest that comes from surrendering our burdens into Your loving care.
O Sorrowful Mother, today we reflect on the deep experience of mental and emotional exhaustion, a burden that is often invisible to others yet deeply felt within the heart. Throughout your life, you carried many concerns, responsibilities, and sorrows that weighed upon your mind and heart. From the prophecy of Simeon to the suffering of your Son, you endured moments that required great emotional strength, yet you remained rooted in quiet trust and deep interior peace.
Mother, many people today carry overwhelming pressures that affect their mental and emotional well-being. Responsibilities at work, family expectations, financial worries, and personal struggles can accumulate until the mind feels overloaded and the heart feels weary. There are moments when even prayer feels difficult, when concentration fades, and when discouragement begins to take root.
Teach us how to find rest in God even when our thoughts are restless. Help us to understand that it is not a lack of faith to feel tired, but rather an invitation to draw closer to God and to receive His strength. Through your example, show us that silence, surrender, and trust can bring peace even in the midst of emotional storms.
Loving Mother, we bring before you those who feel mentally overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or burdened by stress and anxiety. We pray for those who carry responsibilities that feel too heavy, those who struggle with overthinking and worry, and those who feel unable to find peace within themselves.
Help us to release the pressure we place upon ourselves and to accept our human limitations with humility and grace. Remind us that we are not called to carry everything alone, but to walk with God, who strengthens us in our weakness and renews us when we are weary.
O Mother of Sorrows, draw close to those who are exhausted and gently lead them into rest. May your maternal presence calm troubled minds, soothe heavy hearts, and guide us toward the peace that comes from trusting in God’s loving care.
O Blessed Mother of Sorrows, whose heart remained calm and faithful even in moments of deep sorrow and emotional strain, look with compassion upon all who feel mentally and emotionally overwhelmed. You understand the silent burdens that the human heart can carry and the need for peace that often goes unspoken.
Mother, obtain for us the grace to find rest in God when we feel exhausted and burdened. When our thoughts become overwhelming and our emotions feel heavy, remind us that God invites us to come to Him with all our burdens and to receive His peace. Teach us to surrender our worries and to trust that God is always working, even when we feel unable to continue.
We place before you today those who are struggling with stress, anxiety, emotional fatigue, and mental exhaustion. We pray for those who feel overwhelmed by responsibilities, those who are discouraged by constant pressure, and those who long for peace but feel unable to find it.

Holy Mother of Sorrows, walk with us through this Lenten journey and lead us into the healing peace that only God can give. Amen.
Most Sorrowful Mother, your heart carried many sorrows, yet you remained rooted in trust and peace even in the midst of suffering. Your quiet strength and deep faith reveal that true peace is found not in the absence of difficulties but in complete trust in God.
O Queen of Martyrs, obtain for me the grace to find peace in God when I feel overwhelmed and exhausted. Help me to rest in His presence and to trust that He will renew my strength. May your example teach me to surrender my burdens and to receive the peace that comes from God alone.
Hail Mary… (7 times)
O Mother most holy and sorrowful, Queen of Martyrs, you who remained strong and peaceful even in moments of deep sorrow and emotional strain, look kindly upon me as I kneel before you today. By the strength that sustained your heart and the faith that guided you through every trial, receive my prayer offered with humility, trust, and hope.
Loving Mother, because your Son refuses you nothing, present my petition before His Sacred Heart with tenderness and confidence. Ask Him to hear my prayer and grant it according to His most holy and perfect will. Through the merits of His Sacred Passion and your loving intercession, I humbly pray:

Mother most merciful, when my mind feels overwhelmed and my heart grows weary, I turn to you with trust and confidence. Offer to Jesus one drop of His Precious Blood and one loving plea from your Sorrowful Heart on my behalf. Remind Him that you are truly our sweetness, our life, and our hope. Confident in your maternal intercession, I trust that my prayer will be heard and answered according to God’s loving and perfect will. Amen.
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to your protection, implored your help, or sought your intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you, O Virgin of Virgins, my Mother. To you do I come, before you I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in your mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
O Lord Jesus Christ, through the loving intercession of Your Sorrowful Mother, receive the prayers we have offered today. In moments of exhaustion and emotional strain, renew our strength and fill our hearts with Your peace. Help us to rest in Your presence and to trust that You are carrying us through every difficulty.
Bless those who are overwhelmed and those who long for rest and peace. As we continue walking with Mary to the Foot of the Cross, grant us the grace to live with balance, trust, and renewed strength. We entrust our minds, our hearts, and our lives into Your loving care, now and forever. Amen.
Our Father…
